Data Deletion Instructions

Email contact@blanmpoch.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address used for your account or order and, if applicable, an order number so we can identify the correct records.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, API keys, or other secrets in your request.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to you. After verification, we will delete or anonymize information that we are not required to retain and will confirm the result by email.

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period to complete transactions, handle refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, comply with legal requirements, or protect our rights. Retained information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
