Returns & refunds
Eligible items can normally be requested for return within 30 days after delivery.
Start a return
Contact contact@blanmpoch.com with your order number, delivery date, item, and reason before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.
Item condition
Return items in their original, unworn and unused condition with tags and packaging when applicable. Items that are worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing essential packaging may not qualify.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive goods, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable may be excluded unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. Do not discard the product or packaging until our support team reviews the issue.
